Do you have a shuttle?

We provide complimentary shuttle service to Albany Int'l Airport, the Amtrak station, and the Greyhound bus station.  We also offer shuttle service to the Times Union Center, Aqua Ducks, Crossgates Mall, and neighboring restaurants for an additional fee of $5.00 for the first two guests and $5 for every guest thereafter.

Do you have an exercise room?

Yes we do.  Our exercise facility consists of two treadmills, and exercise bike and weight lifting apparatus.

Do you have an Indoor Pool?

We actually have both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.  The indoor heated pool is open year round.

Do you have elevators?

Yes. We have two elevators at the hotel.

Do you have handicap accessible rooms?

Absolutely.  We have several rooms that are handicap accessible with some that have roll in showers.  Please call us for availability at 518-438-8431

How far are you from Downtown Albany?

We are located on off of Central Ave which is a main artery that leads directly into downtown Albany.  Our Albany Hotel is about 2 miles from downtown and it takes an average of five minutes to get there by car.

Do you have a complimentary full breakfast?

Yes we have a full breakfast with scrambled eggs, meat of the day, fresh fruits, bagels, assorted breads, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea and juices.
